Gail has had a lifelong passion for cooking and entertaining. She began sharing her culinary experiences when she started a cooking school at Turner Farm in Indian Hill where she discovered her love of teaching. Her formal culinary credentials include a culinary degree and a diploma in Baking and Pastry from the AI Art Institute of Illinois as well as an Ohio Food Protection Manager Certification. Concerned with the plight of the honey bee she kept bees for some time and has lectured and spoken on bee keeping in several venues including the University of Cincinnati (Olli branch) and the Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Always in the background she cares for the garden at her home in Loveland, Ohio which provides vegetables and herbs for cooking as wells as flowers for the house (and food for the bees).
